[VB.NET] メールの送信フォームを起動する

MAPIって言うものを使うと、MAPIに関連づいたメールクライアント（Outlook ,Outlook Expressなど）の送信フォームを起動できます。

まず、画面にMAPISessionとMAPIMessagesを貼り付けて。。。
